On Monday, August 21st our beloved mother passed into eternal rest to be with her Lord peacefully in her home with family and caregivers loving by her side.

She was born in Spokane, WA in 1925 to Edson McKinstry Burr and Lauretta Marie Burr, the eldest of two children. She resided in Spokane most of her life graduating from North Central High School. She married her love of 67 years, Lawrence "Larry" O'Hare, adopting three children. Mom worked many years as a secretary while raising her family. Her love of family, travel, gardening, making beautiful pottery, crafting, playing and teaching piano, golfing, and playing tennis throughout her life endeared her to all she knew.

Her Catholic faith was devout and sustained her throughout her life. Her devotion to Mother Mary was profound and she prayed the rosary daily.

She was the loving mother to her children: Patrick "Pat" O'Hare, Lauretta "Laurie" Stanley (David) and Debra "Debbie" Stanley (Bill). Grandmother to Sean Carlson (Carlee), Kristin Barlow (Rick) Noah Stanley (Julia) and Nathaniel "Nathan" Stanley. She had 3 Great Grandchildren, Teegan, Cameron, and Kinslee.

Mom was proceeded in death by her parents, husband Larry and her brother Robert "Bob" Burr and her lifelong dear friend Addie.

A very special thanks to her caregivers, Kyle, and Kourtney for their loving help and to Gentiva Hospice for the marvelous care she received on her final journey. Mom will remain loved and missed by those fortunate enough to have known here.
