With a heavy heart, I announce the passing of a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend; Beverly Marie McGinn of Spokane, WA; who departed this life on July 18,2025 just days before her 69th birthday. She passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus.

Beverly was a woman of extraordinary strength and quiet resilience. Despite living with schizophrenia for much of her life, she remained deeply loving, fiercely loyal, and profoundly courageous. Her journey was not easy, but her spirit remained unbreakable. Through every challenge, she taught us about compassion, patience, and unconditional love.

She found joy in life's simple blessings- a favorite song, driving her car, talking on her play phone (often to loved ones who had already passed away), cuddling her therapeutic stuffed cat named Andy, and a warm hug. Her laughter, though rare, was unforgettable, and her presence left a lasting presence on those who truly knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Travis Michael McGinn, who passed away at the tender age of 8, her dear brothers Cary and Donald McGinn, and her loving parents Jean Deloris McGinn and Roy Benedict McGinn.

She is survived by her devoted daughter, Amanda Jane of Marcellus, Ml; her sisters, Linda McGinn of Spokane, WA; Shiela McGinn of Arlington, WA; and Christine Anderson of Spokane Valley, WA; her brother, Paul McGinn of Spokane, WA, and numerous nieces and nephews. Each of them carries Beverly's memory with love and fondness. Though her path was often shadowed by illness, her light never truly dimmed.

We will forever honor her for the battles she fought and the love she gave. May she now in her Heavenly home find peace and clarity she so deeply deserves.

A gravesite burial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. located at Holy Cross Funeral and Cemetery Services 7200 N Wall St. Spokane, WA 99208.
