Bonnie was born March 9, 1940 to Paul and Mary Northart in Great Bend, Kansas. She was the second of three children. Connie Jo (d. 1950), her older sister, and her younger brother Jack Northart of Orangevale, California.

Bonnie was a wonderful wife, sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was married to Roger Cole on September 10, 1965. They were blessed with two daughters and their families: Becki L. Deeb (d.2015), with her husband Mohammed, granddaughters Najla, Jacklyn and Hanna of Tualatin, Oregon, and Michelle Cari Rathbone, with her husband Chris of Salem, Oregon. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Nicholas, Jessika, Shelbie, and great-grandchild Isabella.

Bonnie was a graduate of Marycliff High School in 1958. Bonnie worked for many years as a nurse's aid at Sacred Heart Hospital, and subsequently at various nursing home facilities throughout the Spokane area.

Bonnie was a very special person to her family and to all who knew her. She was a kind and generous soul who had the ability to build up and comfort those in need. She loved being with her family and friends, and she loved her pets, both dogs and cats all throughout her life. Fishing for trout was also favorite pastime for her and she was also an avid craft and crochet person who loved making fun and useful gifts for others.

The family wishes express deep appreciate to that everyone was close to her and helped her through the years including her granddaughter Shelbie, and her cousins Marilyn and Phyliss and her neighbor Bill. You mean so much to us.
