Camille Teresa Ryan, age 75, passed away from complications of surgery on June 18 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane. She was born on January 6, 1950, in Alameda, California, to Donald J. and Leona (Tobin) Huber. She grew up in Hayward, California, and graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in microbiology.

She married Kevin on July 22, 1972. She worked as a medical technician and then spent time raising her three children and caring for her disabled son, Terry. They lived in many places throughout the west. Later in life they settled in Puyallup, Washington, where she went on to be a health unit coordinator, and upon retiring moved to Spokane, Washington.

Camille was one of the most caring people any of us has met. She truly loved other people and always put their needs first. She was a devoted mother who loved arts and crafts and was an incredible seamstress. She was devoted to her faith and served her church unfailingly.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Kevin; sister Colleen Anderson; son Patrick (Lynn) and daughter Shannon (Alex Wade); as well as five wonderful grandchildren. She goes on to join her son, Terry; her parents; and her sister Sharon who all preceded her in death.
