God gained a beautiful soul on June 21, 2021, Cary Carroll, loving son, brother, father and friend. Cary was born to William K and Shirley W Carroll on July 10, 1953 in Butte, Montana. Cary is second oldest of eight children, lived his life in Spokane attending Our Lady of Fatima, Ferris HS, and graduating with honors from Seattle University in History and Philosophy. Cary was enthusiastic and hardworking and so much fun to be around. He was an avid fisherman in Alaska for several years and then operated his horse farm. He was married to Christel Carlson and they had a beautiful daughter Cyra.  He had many furry friends as well and a huge heart, great sense of humor. Known to be always on the go and starting new adventures. Cary was then in a tragic accident that left him with a traumatic brain injury. But, true to form he even made that work and over the years (24) was surrounded by love and was very well cared for. He enjoyed going to mass, going out to eat, walks, dogs, people and of course chocolate!

Preceded in death by his father William K Carroll; nephew Logan Allen; brother Billy (Cindy) Carroll. Survived by his mother Shirley (Shooshe) Carroll; his sweet, smart, talented daughter Cyra Carroll Carlson; siblings Lori (Greg) Marquina, Lisa (Don) Allen, Janet Carroll, Judy (Don) Hobert, Marcy (Tom) Mongan, Kelly (Jody) Carroll; and 35 awesome nieces and nephews.
