Connie Naccarato, our beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, went home to Jesus on December 10, 2021, after a remarkable 11 year battle with colon cancer.

Connie was born to Joseph and Gertrude Naccarato on June 27, 1961 in Spokane, WA. She proudly graduated from Rogers High School, and went straight to work as a jeweler. Connie then opened Mamma Mia's Restaurant with her parents in 1984, selling it after 20 years. She went on to open Scratch Restaurant and Rain Lounge in 2007. Sadly, Connie's battle forced her to sell Scratch and Rain after 11 years. She was truly passionate about her role as a restaurant owner, gaining respect and a reputation as a fierce and successful business woman.

In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother, she was passionate about her Italian heritage, food/cooking, and traveling. Throughout her entire life, she had an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her.

Connie is survived by her children, Tony Portolesi and Alessandra King, son-in-law, Jimmy King, grandchildren, Carson Portolesi, Gemma Portolesi, Brody King, and Siena King, and brother, Dennis Naccarato. She will be greatly missed, but her memory and immeasurable love will live on in our hearts forever.
