Danielle Cecelia Maher-Jack entered eternal life on June 25,2026.

Nell and her twin brother Daniel were born on April 23, 1953 at Ft. Lewis, WA. A lifelong learner, she earned a BA degree followed by an English Literature degree both from WSU and a Psychology degree from EWU. Danielle served professionally doing field work for the Virginia Department of Services for the Blind, and later served spiritually, generously leading the Rosary for many years at the Cathedral. She will be remembered by all who knew and loved her for her beautiful singing voice, her affection for all her animals including her service dogs and pet cats, and for being a proud Mariners fan, who cheered on Cal Raleigh for many years.

Danielle was preceded by her parents Joaun and Bill, and brothers Michael and Daniel. Danielle is survived by husband, Greg Jack. Visitation and Rosary will take place on Tuesday, July 7 at 6:00 PM and a Funeral Mass will be celebrated on July 8 at 12:00 noon, both at Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral. Burial will take place after cremation. Memorial donations may be sent to the Washington Council for the Blind through wcb.org.
