Donald C. Brockett, 89 years old, of Spokane, passed away peacefully on November 14 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family.

Born July 8, 1936, in Chicago Illinois. Don lived a life defined by quiet strength, unwavering integrity, and a deep devotion to his family. The respected prosecuting attorney for more than 34 years, he spent his career fighting for justice while always finding time to teach his children and grandchildren the value of hard work and kindness.

Don was proceeded in death by his father Frank, his mother Jessie, sister Patricia, and his daughter Lisa. He is survived by his devoted wife of 66 years, Jean, his children Tina, Angela, Gina, and Craig, his 13 grandkids, 20 great grandkids,1 great-great grandchild, his sister Sue and a wide circle of family and friends. Private services were held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Spokane, WA.
