Obituary

Liz passed away surrounded by loved ones on October 9th 2023. Elizabeth Edmonson was born a triplet, along with sister June and brother Thilo. They had an older brother Marion who was 3 at the time. The triplets were born (without a doctor) in the kitchen of the family farm in Orofino, ID. When the doctor did arrive, the family was told the triplets wouldn't survive. Not only did they survive, but they all lived long and healthy lives. In 1947 Liz met the love of her life Mitchell Kiblen who was from Spirit Lake Idaho. They were married that same year. They eventually settled in Liberty Lake, WA in 1957. Liz was a homemaker until her kids got older. Then, she worked as an LPN for 18 years at Deaconess Hospital.

Liz's favorite place and some of our best family memories took place at the family lake cabin in Spirit Lake, Idaho.

Liz was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Margaret, husband Mitchell, son Paul, brothers Marian, Thilo, and sister June. She is survived by sons Michael (Carmie), Joel (Joanne), Timothy, daughter Barbara, and numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Donations can be made to Catholic Charities. Her online memorial page can be found at www.holycrossofspokane.org
