Obituary

Born March 26 th , 1959, in Fernie B.C.; entered into eternal rest on Friday September 3 rd , 2021, joining his parents (Hector and Frances Fiorillo) and brother/best friend (Patrick Fiorillo).

Hector moved with his family from Fernie, B.C. to Minnehaha (Little Italy) neighborhood in Spokane, WA in 1961. He attended Cooper Elementary School, Shaw Junior High, and was a very proud John R. Rogers graduate.

He began working for UPS after high school and had a long-dedicated 32-year career, until his retirement in 2011.

Hector had a deep passion for sports, if he wasn't playing or coaching, he was watching games on tv.

He was dedicated husband, father, brother, son-in-law, uncle, and friend who never asked for anything, but always gave everything to family and friends.

If you were lucky enough to hear one of Hectors stories, you knew how much he loved his family. His girls were HIS everything.

Although, our lives will never be the same without him, we find peace knowing he is continuing to tell his stories to his parents and brother.

Hector is survived by his wife, Kathy Fiorillo, and their daughters Morgan and Katelyn; Sister, Lynn Fiorillo-Lowe, and husband, Lonnie Lowe, and their son Cameron; Pat's Daughters, Erin and Gina Fiorillo; Father in-law, Jerry Pinkerton; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Hector was recently inducted into the Inland Empire Softball Hall of Fame, as the Player of the Decade.

Due to Hectors' passion for this sport, he would be honored to know remembrances were made to this organization. Inland Empire Softball Hall of Fame, 3007 W. Lacrosse, Spokane WA, 99205.
