Obituary

John A. White a.k.a "Jack" passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025.


Jack was born May 30, 1942, and named after boxing legend; Jack Dempsy. Jack served in the Navy on the USS Forrestal during the Vietnam War. In his spare time, he was a member and past president of the Spokane South Hill Kiwanis, a member of the Eagles Aerie 2 and was
involved with charities that helped better children's lives. Jack enjoyed 50's rock and roll, karaoke, dancing, traveling and classic cars. Later in life he was an avid runner and enjoyed participating in local fun runs. Jack was known for being the life of the party and telling an occasional bad joke.

Survived by wife Susan, sister Rosemary Pajak, daughter Tina Moller, sons Michael, Mark and David. Grandchildren, Amanda Davis, Chris Moller, Xander White and Kwabina Amoah White Star.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 18 at Assumption Catholic Church, 3624 W Indian Trail Road, Spokane WA 99208; at 11 a.m. and inurnment at Holy Cross Cemetery 7200 N Wall Street, Spokane WA 99208; at 3:00 p.m.
