Judith Ann LeMieux McCarthy, devoted mother and beloved grandmother was born on March 27, 1947, to Jeff and Virginia LeMieux in Everett, WA. Judy died peacefully in her sleep on April 18, 2022. Judy graduated from Pasco High School in 1965. In 1970 she began a life of service by joining the Vista Corp. After serving in St. John in the Bahamas and living in Vermont, she moved to Spokane in 1974, where she and her husband Edward raised their four children. At 55 and inspired by life experiences, Judy earned her Master's degree at Eastern Washington University. Then, she applied it to improving the lives of those in society who desperately needed her help.
Judy was a woman of strong faith. She loved and praised Jesus and loved to worship by singing at church. She was a devoted member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes for five decades. Judy loved long walks and helping others, and she cherished time with family, especially the time with her grandchildren. Her passion for photography brought her and many others joy as she photographed weddings, ordinations, senior pictures, and life events for friends, family, and clients professionally.
Judy is survived by her three sons, Chris(Carrie), Matt, Zack, her daughter, Kelsey, fifteen grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, loving siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
