Larry Wayne Perry, age 70, of Spokane, WA, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024.
Larry was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, leaving a profound impact on all who knew him. Known for his kindness and generosity, he was always ready to lend a helping hand.
Born on February 25, 1954, in Spokane to Frank and Wanda Perry, Larry grew up in Hillyard and was a lifelong member of St. Patrick's Church. He graduated from John R. Rogers High School in May 1973 and later earned an Associate in Arts degree with an emphasis in Psychology from Spokane Falls Community College in March 1976.
In his youth, Larry was active in Cub Scouts and became a proud Boy Scout, earning recognition for his leadership and scouting skills. He had a deep passion for Roger's High School wrestling and football, and cheering on his team alongside family and friends.
Larry dedicated his career to EZ Loader Boat Trailers, Inc., where he retired after years of service in various manufacturing and R&D roles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Wanda. Larry is survived by his sister Glenda (Dan); his niece, Annie, and her husband, Darek, and their son Daniel (Kelly); his nephew David, and his wife, Nicole; David and Nicole's children William, Michael, Raelynn, Jon, Keyonna, Skyla, and Gabby; several cousins, and his most beloved cat Tuxy.
A graveside service for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held in the early summer of 2025. Online memorial page can be found at www.holycrossofspokane.org
