Lynn Ann Miller at age of 82, passed away November second 2021 surrounded by her husband and children. Lynn was born in Spokane Washington to Francis Bernice (Pinky) Gearon-White and Lloyd A White as an only child. Lynn attended Holy Names Academy. She then Graduated from University of Idaho with a degree in education. She completed her Master's Degree with emphasis in Speech Pathology at Eastern Washington University. Lynn married the Love of her life, Lawrence E Miller on June 13, 1970
Lynn was a teacher in the public school system in Tri Cities and Seattle. She then went on to become a Speech therapist in the Spokane public schools, then Ear Nose and Throat Clinic of Spokane and Finally moving to Kootenai General Hospital as the head Speech Pathologist from which she retired after 25 years of service.
Lynn Volunteered at many different organizations, including Meals on Wheels as well as giving time in her Speech Therapy knowledge to numerous stroke victims and head injury patients.
Lynn also sponsors 2 young girls in the World Vision Organization.
Mom loved to bake, especially large cookies. She gave these wonderful treats to the entire neighborhood and school functions. She became famous around the neighborhood as the giant cookie Mom. Her favorite thing was baking on off holidays such as St Patrick's Day, she made the infamous Green Bread.
Lynn is preceded in death by her daughter Mary Margeret, Parents Grandma Pinky and Grandpa Lloyd.
Lynn is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence E Miller, 4 children and their Spouses. Phyllis Patterson, Patrick Miller, Micheal Miller (Wife Mary) and Matthew Miller (Wife Katina). Grandchildren, Stacia Patterson (Blaine Peone), Annebelle Oliver, Jacob and Audrey Miller, Kaylana, Dakota and Karissa Miller and Great Grandchild Maeby Peone-Patterson.
