Margene Faye Dohse Bauer, 82, died August 1, 2024, in her sleep at home in Spokane Valley, WA. Margene was born in Twin Falls, ID, on June 30, 1942. Margene graduated from Kimberly High School in 1960, in Kimberly, ID. She then
studied at Holy Cross Hospital School of Nursing in Salt Lake City Utah. Margene was a Nurse at Pullman Memorial Hospital, Pullman, WA, for 30+ years. Most of those years was in the Birthing Center. Margene was a ravenous reader. She passed on her gardening and sewing knowledge to her family. She had many other little hobbies.
Margene married E. Stanley Bauer, October 31, 1964, in Pullman, WA. They raised 5 children together in Pullman, WA. She is survived by her husband, 5 children and their spouses, 6 grandchildren and spouse, and one great-grandchild.
She is interned at Holy Cross Cemetery in Spokane WA. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. September 27, at St. John Vianney Church, 503 N Walnut Rd. in Spokane Valley.
