Mary Theresa Burnette, aged 79, passed away on July 8, 2024, in Spokane, Washington. She was born on February 24, 1945, in Spokane, Washington to parents, Henry and Lillian Burnette.

She leaves behind her Daughter, Kepta Mitchell, Son-In-Law, Terrance Mitchell, Son, Floyd H. Jones, II., Granddaughters, Saycha Mitchell and Leilah Jones, Grandsons, Terrance Mitchell, Jordan Jones, Devin Jones, Elijah Jones. Great-Grandson, Adonis Spencer and Great-Granddaughter, Soliel Mitchell.

Mary will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by her Sisters, Juanita Leslie, Marcella James, Sally Burnette, Twin Brother, James Burnette, loving Niece, Angie Burnette-Lester, loving friend, Jean McCoy, a host of Nieces, Nephews and caring friends.

The inurnment for Mary was at Holy Cross Cemetery in Spokane, Washington on July 12, 2024.

A Memorial Celebration be held for her at the Burnette Family Reunion on August 16, 2025.
