Obituary

Mary Ann Eugenio passed away on 13 March from cancer.  She was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 23, 1942 to parents Robert and Mary Korth.  Bernie, her brother was 13 months her senior and her brother Tom followed 11 years later.  While growing up, she attended St Brigid Elementary School and later graduated from Detroit's Mackenzie High School, class of 1960.  She married early and had three children, Michael, Robert and Aimee.

Mary Ann was a hard worker and contributed immensely to the support of her family.  Her parents had retired to Spokane where her two brothers lived.  Following the death of her first husband, she moved to be near her family in Spokane in 1985.  Her son Robert and daughter Aimee also moved west, while Michael stayed in Michigan.  A single mother, Mary Ann's first job in Spokane was at Key Tronic Corporation.  Later she hired on at Costco and retired after 20 years in the pharmacy department.  In 1991, Mary Ann married Steve Eugenio.  The marriage brought two families together and Mary Ann was quickly welcomed into the Eugenio family.  Her and Steve's biggest enjoyments were walking the beach in Florida and Hawaii, dancing at the Eagles, and "hitting the road" to visit grandchildren on the coast of Washington and Oregon.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband Steve, sons Robert ( Paula), Michael, and daughter Aimee (Tom), stepsons Eddie (Monica), Steve (Charlotte), David (Candy), Tony, stepdaughter Stacy and her brothers  Bernie  (Kathy) and Tom (Alice).  She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
