Phyllis M. (Brittain) Lamb, 82, died September 13, 2021. Phyllis was born on January 4, 1939 in Buhl, ID. She was the first born daughter of Noel H. "Britt" & Vivian E. Brittain.  She is survived by her husband Roy E. Lamb I of 59 years; her 7 children and their spouses, Roy II and Jenne Lamb, LaDonna and Ken Carpenter, Paul and Becky Lamb, Mark and Janet Lamb, Noel and Angie Lamb, Anne and Deron Van Soest, Dan and Carmen Lamb, her 22 Grandchildren, and 10 Great-Grandchildren.

Phyllis graduated from Sacred Heart School of Nursing in 1960. After marrying Roy, they moved to Kellogg, Idaho and she worked for Shoshone Memorial Hospital and helped her husband with his Silver Valley Tire store.  They moved back to Spokane and later started Lambco Refrigeration and she was the Office Manager for 50 years.

Phyllis was involved in numerous committees: League of Women Voters, The 208 Study of Water Aquifer Protection, Bishop White Seminary Advisory Board, Sacred Heart Nurse's Alumni Association, 4-H Association, and Inland Empire Quarter Horse Association.

She was very involved in the Catholic Church her whole life including Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Marriage Encounter and RCIA sponsor.

The Rosary will be Friday, 9/17, 7:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 138 S. River St., Rockford, WA. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 9/18, 9:00 am, at St Mary Catholic Church, 304 S. Adams, Spokane Valley, WA.  The Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Spokane Valley, WA at 11:00 am, reception to follow at St Mary Catholic Church at 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Please feel free to attend one or all of the services.
