Regina Marie Conway, born on February 11, 1964, reborn on June 24 2022, after passing away peacefully in her home in the presence of her family in Spokane, Washington.  She is survived by her husband, Dr. Hugh Conway, her children Cody Whitters and Sydney Conway, her siblings, Margaret (Mark) Fassler, Dixon, IL, Jeffrey (Cheryl) Sears, Pleasant Prairie, WI, Timothy (Ronda) Sears, Alvin, TX, Christopher Sears, Austin, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and in‐laws who loved her dearly.  She is predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Jeanette Sears and her brother, Stephen Sears.

Regina was dedicated to her faith and was centered and trusting in God. Family always led Regina's purpose in every action of her life. She was a beloved daughter to her parents and Hugh's parents (Jack and Helen Conway).  She was a devoted mother, first and foremost. Her children were everything to her and her life encompassed them in her every thought! She was a loving, committed spouse and intimately partnered with Hugh for over 35 years. She had an unrelenting love for her brothers and sister and gave of herself to them and their families continually. Regina loved her animals and plants and she had exceptional knowledge about both. Her many pets over her lifetime brought her tremendous joy! Regina obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Illinois State University.  She was highly skilled in office administration and organization.  Regina supported Hugh in his professional practice both clinically and administratively for many years.  She enjoyed traveling with family and friends and was renowned for planning her next vacation while on vacation!  Spending time with Regina was exhilarating as she brought life and engaging conversation to every encounter.  She brought joy to every gathering and wasn't quiet about it, bringing laughter wherever she went. Regina loved adventures and traveling, but the most important aspect of the trips was spending time with people she loved.  Faith, family, friends, and fun. That was Regina.

Regina's services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sterling, Illinois, on October 22, 2022.  A rosary service will be held at 1:30 PM, followed by a Requiem Mass at 2:00 PM.  A Celebration of Life reception will follow at McCormick's Event Center, Rock Falls, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, it was Regina's wish for contributions to be made toward an education fund for her future granddaughter, daughter of Sydney Conway, scheduled to be born shortly after Regina's passing. Contributions can be made to Sydney Conway at 11910 Country Club Drive, Spokane, WA 99218.
