Obituary

Bob passed away in his home on June 11, 2023 in Spokane, WA. He was born on July 3, 1964, the youngest son of John and Nora Amicarella, and raised in the "Little Italy" area of Spokane. He grew up with a deep love for his Italian heritage, with an even deeper love for his family. Bob took pride in everything that made him uniquely him. From being a Rogers Pirate, a diehard Raiders fan, and his distinctive sense of humor. He was very passionate about capturing his favorite moments, listening to music, fishing, and spending time with his dog Vegas. More than anything, Bob was a proud father and Bompie. Bob is survived by his daughter Jordan Gilliland (Curtis), with grandchildren Aidrian, Parker, Blakelyn, and Lucas, son John (Danielle), with grandchildren Dax and Nora, daughter Tori, brother Jerry (Ginny), and sister Patti Murray (Norm). He also leaves behind an uncle, aunts, nieces, nephews, and lots of cousins. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 330 E. Boone on Wednesday June 21st at 11:00 a.m. We will then go to Holy Cross Cemetery in the Mausoleum Chapel, 7200 N. Wall St., where at 1:00 p.m. he will be laid to rest next to many relatives including his parents. Following, there will be a reception at Mamma Mia's Restaurant, 420 W. Francis to celebrate Bob's life. His children request that anyone that has Raiders attire, wear it for his service.
