Obituary

Rodney passed away in Kennewick, WA on Monday, December 26th, 2022.  He was born in Spokane, WA on November 3, 1954 to Garland and Margeretha Westover.
Rodney had a daughter, Eva Stanford of Angleton TX, with two grandsons Ayden and Kanden Radford of Angleton TX, and a son, Patrick Westover of Spokane.
Rodney later moved to Kennewick to worked at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation.
His family will remember him as a man's man. He was the type of person who would choose to repair something over buying a new one, could fix anything he touched and knowledge for days. The man who didn't use his physical disability as an excuse yet chose to always lend a hand to others. He loved making people laugh and telling stories. To his children, he was loving but fair. He made sure to instill his values on them as well as the importance of love and respect. He couldn't have been more proud of his son, Patrick, who he always bragged about his compassion for others, his kind heart and his service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. His daughter, Eva, for her dedication to her career and  her boys and her self-determination. He loved teaching his grandsons, Ayden and Kanden about Hydroplanes, how to "do things correctly" and Face Timing just to show them fireworks or Christmas lights.  Rodney will be missed by all, especially by his family.
