Ronald Kensok, beloved husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, and friend, departed this world on January 26th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, care and devotion that will forever be cherished. Born and raised in Spokane, WA, Ron's journey began under the caring eyes of his parents, Jerry and Marguerite, alongside his seven siblings: Patty, Shirley, Dona, Rose, Bob, Jim, and Paul. Ron attended North Central High School and captained the dive team while also leading the photography club. After high school, Ron spent six years in the Marines as a Corpsman and Medic, defending the country he loved in the Vietnam War.

In the halls of Spokane Falls Community College, Ron's path intertwined with destiny as he encountered the love of his life, Judi. Together, they wove a tapestry of love and family, blessed with the laughter and joy of six children: Jaron, Jeff, Alissa, Travis, Kayla, and Matt. Their journey led them to Bellingham, WA, where Ron established an engineering firm, balancing the rigors of entrepreneurship with the gentle art of nurturing a large family.

Ron was more than a provider; he was the cornerstone of love and stability in the lives of his wife, children and grandchildren. His passing leaves a void in the hearts of 14 grandchildren, each a testament to the love he cultivated within his family tree. He is survived by his spouse Judi Kensok (Spokane, WA), and six children: Jaron Kensok, Jeff (Abby) Kensok (Seattle, WA), Alissa (Josiah) Roloff (Spokane, WA), Travis (Lexie) Kensok (Chandler, AZ), Kayla (Dustin) Peckham (Spokane, WA), Matthew (Jessica) Kensok (Bellingham, WA), and 14 grandchildren; Kayson, Davin, Olivia, Kennedy, Raegan, Ellison, Piper, Kali, Smith, Jenna, Julia, Ryder, Mason, and Bennett. Predeceased by Ron were his Dad Jerry, his Mom Marguerite, and his sister Patty. His devotion to family extended beyond bloodlines, as Ron welcomed all into his embrace, offering solace and support to those in need.

A devout Catholic, Ron's faith illuminated every aspect of his life, guiding him through moments of joy and sorrow with unwavering grace. Ron' legacy is not measured in material wealth or worldly success but in the countless lives he impacted with his kindness and generosity. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him, a gentle reminder of the power of love to transcend even the boundaries of time.
