Suzanne Franks Lamanna entered into paradise on February 16th, 2024 after a two year battle with cancer.
Suzanne was born January 30th, 1950 in Spokane Washington to Bob and Marge Franks. Suzanne grew up in the South Perry neighborhood of Spokane and attended Grant elementary school and Lewis and Clark high school. After graduating from Lewis and Clark, Suzanne attended Washington State University, graduating in 1972 with a degree in sociology. Although she worked an arduous job, she was a part-time caregiver to her mother and sister-in-law in their illness and death. She was always there for her family at any event or gathering.
Suzanne was a follower of Jesus, a well-respected lawyer, doting mother and grandmother, a loving, and loved wife, a caring sister, a respectful child, a loyal friend and an all-around, genuine, great person. She will be forever remembered and missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and St Aloysius Gonzaga church community.
Suzanne was proceeded in death by her parents, Bob and Marge Franks and her dear friend and sister-in-law Jane Franks. Suzanne is survived by her husband Steve Lamanna, son Sam Lamanna (Nicole), stepdaughters Adrienne and Lisa Lamanna, grandchildren Lilly, Luke, Kathryn, and Vincent.
