Timothy Zechariah Byrd, 45, passed away on February 23, 2025, after complications from an acute illness. Tim was born on September 27, 1979, to Rhonda Byrd and Stephen Dershem in Bremerton, Washington. Tim graduated from Poway High School in Poway, California, where he was a state wrestler. He went on to study at the University of Mary in North Dakota on a wrestling scholarship. He further went on to complete his Masters of Accounting at the University of Montana.

Tim met Margeaux (Maggie) Coffman in Helena, Montana. They were married in Spokane, Washington on January 2, 2010. Together they raised four children, Chloe Joyce, Logan LeRoy, Nash Christopher, and Briggs Oliver.

Tim enjoyed dad jokes, board games and poker, Fantasy Football, coaching wrestling, annual hunting camp trips, cigars, quirky clothes, cooking on his griddle, and practical jokes.

Tim was predeceased by his brother, Christopher; grandparents, Pat and Shyrle Ellinger; and grandfather, Ronald Schneider. He is survived by his wife, Maggie; children, Chloe, Logan, Nash and Briggs; his mother, Rhonda; his father, Stephen; his stepfather, Bob Byrd; his sister, Stephanie Sarver; and many nephews and nieces.

Services will be held at St. Thomas More Parish on March 6, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.; Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery on March 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Tim Byrd Scholarship Fund.
