William L. Clark "Billy" 74 of Spokane Valley passed away peacefully on January 10th, 2025. He was born August 18th, 1950, to Mace Sr. and Kathleen in Spokane, Washington. Billy graduated from Rogers Highschool in 1968. He then went on to attend Auto body repair at Spokane Community College. In 2003 Billy retired and spent his time visiting friends and talking about cars as well as spending time with his siblings.

Billy was predeceased by his father Mace Sr., mother Kathleen, 3 brothers Charlie, Mace Jr., and George. Billy is survived by 2 sisters Adella and Patti (Dave), and sister-in-law Brenda and multiple nephews and nieces.

Services will be held at 11:00am on January 24th, 2025 at Holy Cross Cemetery in the Mausoleum 7200 N Wall St.
